HOARDING CASE RESCUE

About HOARDING CASE RESCUE

We were contacted by our partner shelter to help save more than eighty dogs as part of a horrific hoarding case in Kentucky. Working with other groups, all of the dogs are safely out of the situation, and this weekend we welcomed ten of the dogs into the Rescue City Family.

The dogs were found emaciated, flee infested and neglected, living in their own feces and urine. Most of these dogs have spent 5+ years living outside, confined on top of one another in filthy cages. Their living conditions were deplorable; they endured the coldest of cold and the blistering heat, for years.

The dogs are understandably shell-shocked. Human contact is frightening for them, but they don't have an aggressive bone in their bodies. With the right medical care, proper nutrition and a patient, loving approach from their foster homes they're already on their way to making a turn around and building trust, learning to walk on a leash and socialize.

We need YOUR HELP to provide these dogs with the medical care, safe housing, and proper nutrition they've desperately been missing their entire lives. Your donation directly covers the cost of transport, shelter vetting, and supplies to safely get them into their foster homes, as well as their future medical care. They will all be spayed/neutered, and receive full medical exams, vaccinations, and dental cleanings.

We are more than happy to step in to change the lives and fate of these dogs and are grateful to have the opportunity to show them that kindness and compassion exists. Something as simple as a treat and a bath has already made a world of a difference, and we'll be sharing their updates and journey along the way! We can't wait to show these deserving dogs what a gentle touch from humans, proper medical treatment, and a loving forever home can do.

We're here for them, because you're there for us.
